The ADACTECH GmbH based in Berlin was founded in 2006 as ADACTECH GmbH in Salzburg and has extensive experience in metering technology. Their corporate philosophy is based on partnership and personal customer contacts. The main focus is the quality of their products for the costumers. All ADACTECH products are manufactured in Europe. The production of precision electronic components is made in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Our task was to develop and construct a new continuous degassing system, without violating the patent rights of other manufacturers. The main task was to design a system which is as space and cost saving as possible. Another priority was that the PLC of the complete system should operate automatically and degas a certain amount of fat in a prescribed time.
Currently, the fat is manually degassed with a degassing apparatus. This is somewhat cumbersome and does not guarantee a continuous supply of fat dispensers.
The aim is to create a functioning continuous degassing system, the fat coming from a barrel pump should be degassed and stored in a buffer memory and then transmitted directly to the metering.
At first we constructed a 3D model of the degassing system in SolidWorks. The detailed 3D CAD model was manufactured by Johannes Ebner from Ebner Maschinenbau in Adnet. When the parts were finished we assembled the system and programmed the PLC.
Now our continuous degassing system is ready for use in different application areas.
